Spiny Splendor

This larger than life art exhibit will showcase the hedgehog cactus (Echinocereus boyce-thompsonii). The boyce-thompsonii was named after Colonel William Boyce Thompson and was founded within the vicinity of the arboretum.

Spiny Splendor is a garden art experience that will celebrate BTA’s history and diversity by displaying beautifully designed fiberglass sculptures decorated by local artists.
