DESCRIPTION
“All Aboard! The Artisans Express” project was created by the City of Huntington, WV and the Tri-State Artisans who teamed up with the Hoops Family Children’s Hospital and the Cabell Huntington Hospital Auxiliary to launch a collaborative art initiative. The 3 dimensional art project was made up of 2 different designs for the painted trains.
