DESCRIPTION
The Vulcans on Parade project is an innovative outdoor art project designed to celebrate the Birmingham metro area’s history and cultural institutions and to create awareness of the many wonderful attractions around the area. This Birmingham public art project accomplishes these goals through placing mini replica Vulcan statues throughout the area.
